Tenants

Schedule of Fees:

• Administration fee per property £60.00
• Credit Referencing per tenant £85.00

References

A credit check will be carried out prior to the tenancy commencing which will include:

• Employer
• Bank
• Landlord (if applicable)
• A guarantor (if applicable)

Rent & Deposit

On commencement of the let the following will be required in cleared funds

• First Months Rent
  All rents are exclusive (no bills included) unless stated and must be paid in advance.
• Deposit

Please note due to the new legal requirement, your deposit will be held by us in a dedicated account and insured by Tenancy Deposit Solutions. The deposit must be cleared funds before the commencement of the tenancy.

Lease Agreement

Our Assured Shorthold Tenancies are for a minimum of six months.

Utility Bills

Please be advised that tenants are liable for all utility bills during the term of their contract, which will include – Gas/Electric/Water/Council Tax
